Dugdugi is a Pakistani ceramics studio hand-throwing and hand-painting every piece to order — plates, mugs, bowls, and vases fired and glazed in-house rather than mass-produced. Each glaze is tested and certified food-safe under PCSIR (Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), so pieces are safe for daily microwave and dishwasher use, not just decorative. Because every item is thrown by hand, no two pieces are identical — expect natural 0.5–1cm size variation between pieces of the "same" design, a hallmark of handmade rather than a flaw.

Founded by Ramsha Muzaffar in Karachi, Pakistan, Dugdugi began as a small studio dedicated to keeping traditional Pakistani pottery techniques alive. Today, a team of 4 artisans hand-throws, glazes, and paints every piece, drawing on techniques passed down through generations of local craftspeople.

Every order is made to order, not pulled from a mass-produced stockroom — which means a slightly longer wait, and a piece nobody else has quite the same as.
